We don’t control any of the things our users say or do, so you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App. You understand that multippl does not currently conduct criminal background checks on its users. Multippl also does not inquire into the backgrounds of its users of attempt to verify the statement of its users. Multippl reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings (such as sex offender registration searches) at any time and to use available public records for any purpose.
We enable users to submit contributions (including without limitation any text, photographs, graphics, video, or audio material) to our Services (user Contributions) that we will Publish. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to submit user Contributions or make contact with other users of our Service, you must comply with the standards set out in the Guidelines. You promise that any user Contribution complies with the Guidelines and you will fully reimburse us for any costs arising from breach of your promise. No part of this content may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, without the proper written permission of multippl. Content on the Services may be protected by others' intellectual property rights. Please do not copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so. We are always striving to kaizen (improve) the Service and bring users additional functionality that you will find engaging and useful. This means we may add new features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in your "Account".
