We want our Service to be as educational, entertaining and inspiring as possible by creating a community of likeminded people, but we also want it to be a safe, secure, and in accordance with legal regulation. If you meet these requirements you may wish to register for an account to access some or all of our Services. You may sign in using a third-party login, including Google or Facebook. If you choose to use your Facebook or Google login, you authorise us to access and use certain account information, including but not limited to your profile.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for multippl. Please safeguard your password to the account and we recommend that you do not share these details with others.
We don’t like users misbehaving in the multippl community. You can report any abuse or complain about Member Content by contacting us, outlining the abuse and/or complaint. We reserve the right to investigate any possible violations of these Terms, and we may, in our sole discretion, immediately terminate any user’s right to use of the App without prior notice.
We don’t control any of the things our users say or do, so you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.
You understand that multippl does not currently conduct criminal background checks on its users. Multippl also does not inquire into the backgrounds of its users of attempt to verify the statement of its users. Multippl reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings (such as sex offender registration searches) at any time and to use available public records for any purpose.
We enable users to submit contributions (including without limitation any text, photographs, graphics, video, or audio material) to our Services (user Contributions) that we will Publish.
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to submit user Contributions or make contact with other users of our Service, you must comply with the standards set out in the Guidelines. You promise that any user Contribution complies with the Guidelines and you will fully reimburse us for any costs arising from breach of your promise.
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Services.
Unless agreed in writing, by Contributing content on or through the Services, you irrevocably and unconditionally grant multippl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, reformat, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, transmit, distribute, perform, play, broadcast, commercialise and otherwise make available to the public such user Contribution (whether in whole or in part or copies of the same) in any format or medium currently known or developed in the future.
Multippl needs this license because you own your content and multippl therefore cannot display it without your permission.
This licence is also needed to distribute your content across our Services to grant to each user of our Services a non-exclusive licence to view, hear, read, stream, download, link to and otherwise access your user Contributions to our Services through our Services.
