We are committed to protecting you from unauthorised access to or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. Our website host and maintenance provider have in place many security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information against potential hackers and intruders including IP blocking and malware removal.
Unfortunately, however, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take steps to secure your information, we cannot promise its security and when giving us your information, please do so at your own risks.

Other Users

You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the service. This includes your public profile, which can be seen by anyone, including if they don't have an account. Please be careful with the information you share and make sure that you are comfortable being publicly viewable. We have no control what others will do with your information once it is Published.

Service Providers

Our Service is run thanks to certain trusted third parties. These third parties help to perform functions and provide services to us, including website hosting and maintenance, analytics providers, marketing, and advertising. We may share your Registration Information or personal data with these third parties, but only for the purposes of performing these functions and providing the services.
Where we share personal information with a third party, we expect them to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it accordingly. However, their own privacy policy will normally apply to how they then use that information, and we are not responsible for this.

Admin and Editors

Our Service would not be possible if not for Admin and Editors who moderate the website. These people will moderate activity on the website as well as approve and edit content. They will have access to your registration details, profile information, content and media published.

As mentioned in our Community Guidelines, we have rules when using our Service. It is very important that you obey to the guidelines set out. We will, if necessary, cooperate with third parties as well as law enforcement to protect the vital interests of a person or to help in an investigation into alleged criminal behaviour. 6. Third-Party Embed

Some content displayed on our Service is not hosted by us. Users have the ability to post content that is hosted by a third-party that is thembedded in our pages. When you click on an embedded link, it can send information about your interaction to the hosting third party like you visited the site directly. For example, if you read a user post that includes an Instagram embed and you click on the embed, Instagram receives the information about your activity such as your IP address. multippl are not responsible for what the third party collect and what they do with the information collected through Embeds. We recommend you review that policy before interacting with the Embed.

7. How long we hold personal information

We hold personal data associated with your account for as long as your account remains active or until it is no longer necessary to provide our service, depending on which comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.
You may permanently delete your account at any time by going into your account and selecting delete account. Once you do so, all of your personal data will be completely erased from our website.
We will not be able to recover any of your data including posts, media and comments.
Our Content is Published on or through multippl, and will generally remain available on multippl for as long as multippl continues to produce, Publish and store content.
In some cases, we may ask that posts written by you Published on or through multippl remain available after you have deleted your account.

8. Your Rights

2. Right of access: You have the right to request to download a copy of your data from the privacy page of your account. Please note that when you request to download your data you will need to enter your current password.

Our mission is to create a mixed ethnicity world where we can engage with our cultures, celebrate our ethnicities and explore our heritage.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website (our "Services") provided by multippl ("multippl", "we", "us", "our"). By clicking your consent ("Register", "Sign in") or by using our Services, you agree to be bound by (i) these terms, (ii) our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and (iii) any terms disclosed and agreed to by you in the future (collectively, this "Agreement").
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and our Guidelines outline your responsibilities when using our Services.
If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Who Can Use multippl

You must be at least 13 years old

You are legally permitted to use our Service by the laws of your home country

You will comply to this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

You have not previously had an account disabled/deleted due to a violation of law or any of our policies

You have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offence, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence and that you are not a convicted sex offender with any registry.

If you are under 16 you must obtain your parent’s or guardian’s permission before using any interactive features of our Service. If you are under 16 you must not reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else, including your telephone number, home address or email address, to us or to any other user of our Service.

If you meet these requirements you may wish to register for an account to access some or all of our Services. You may sign in using a third-party login, including Google or Facebook. If you choose to use your Facebook or Google login, you authorise us to access and use certain account information, including but not limited to your profile.

How You Can't Use multippl

You cannot violate (or help or encourage other to violate) these Terms or our policies, including in particular all the Guidelines.

You cannot impersonate others or provide inaccurate information; this includes creating an account for someone without their permission.

You cannot post confidential information about someone else without permission or do anything else that violates someone else’s rights, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit, or pirated goods).

You cannot attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorised ways.

You cannot do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorised purpose.

We don’t like users misbehaving in the multippl community. You can report any abuse or complain about Member Content by contacting us, outlining the abuse and/or complaint. We reserve the right to investigate any possible violations of these Terms, and we may, in our sole discretion, immediately terminate any user’s right to use of the App without prior notice.

We don’t control any of the things our users say or do, so you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.

You understand that multippl does not currently conduct criminal background checks on its users. Multippl also does not inquire into the backgrounds of its users of attempt to verify the statement of its users. Multippl reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings (such as sex offender registration searches) at any time and to use available public records for any purpose.

Permissions You Give To Us

We enable users to submit contributions (including without limitation any text, photographs, graphics, video, or audio material) to our Services (user Contributions) that we will Publish.
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to submit user Contributions or make contact with other users of our Service, you must comply with the standards set out in the Guidelines. You promise that any user Contribution complies with the Guidelines and you will fully reimburse us for any costs arising from breach of your promise.
You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Services.
Unless agreed in writing, by Contributing content on or through the Services, you irrevocably and unconditionally grant multippl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, reformat, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, transmit, distribute, perform, play, broadcast, commercialise and otherwise make available to the public such user Contribution (whether in whole or in part or copies of the same) in any format or medium currently known or developed in the future.
Multippl needs this license because you own your content and multippl therefore cannot display it without your permission.
This licence is also needed to distribute your content across our Services to grant to each user of our Services a non-exclusive licence to view, hear, read, stream, download, link to and otherwise access your user Contributions to our Services through our Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content Published on multippl remain the copyright of multippl. No part of this content may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, without the proper written permission of multippl.
Content on the Services may be protected by others' intellectual property rights. Please do not copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.
All information, data, text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, domain, pictures, videos, podcasts are therefore protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights and are owned by or licensed to us.
multippl reserves the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing the intellectual property rights or others, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary. For example, if it impersonates someone or infringes someone's intellectual property.

4. Modifying our Services and Termination

We are always striving to kaizen (improve) the Service and bring users additional functionality that you will find engaging and useful. This means we may add new features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features. If these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not notify you prior to the change. If any change requires Service maintenance, we will let you know beforehand.
You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in your "Account".
Multippl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

5. Disclaimers and Indemnity by You

multippl aims to give you superb Services but there are some things that we cannot guarantee. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. You understand that multippl provides the Service and any content posted or shared by users are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any representation or warranties of any kind, implied or expressed, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
In addition, multippl does not represent or warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that our Services or the servers that make them available are free of bugs or viruses. No advice or information obtained from multippl or through the Service will create any warranty or representation not expressly made in this paragraph.
multippl may provide information about third-party services, events, activities, products, or we may allow third parties to make their content readily available on or through our Services (collectively, "Third-Party Content"). We do not control or endorse, and we make no representations or warranties regarding, Third-Party Content, including, without limitation, any error, omission, or inaccuracy therein. You agree to indemnify, defend (if requested by us) and hold multippl and our officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the "multippl Parties") harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements and expenses, including legal fees, that directly or indirectly arise from or are otherwise directly or indirectly related to your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any law or rights, your access to or use of the Service, your Content, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will always be at multippl.com/terms. If changes are made you will be notified by revising the date at the bottom of the page and, in some cases, we may notify you via a statement on our website or provide you with a notification.
